Shipping and handling

• Handling time is generally 2-3 business days for all shipments starting from the delivery date inside Egypt. Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays.
• Our courier company will contact you once they have collected your shipment to coordinate a suitable delivery time.

Returns and Exchange Policy

• Please note we have a 14 day return and exchange policy.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, not washed, still in a saleable condition and still has the labels attached.
• To return your product, please email us at info@caicocotton.com
• The refund will be credited to the same payment form used within 14 days after receiving the package.

Charges for Returns & Exchanges:

You will NOT be charged delivery fees in case that the fault is from our end such as wrong size, item was sent or the item is faulty. However, you will unfortunately be charged delivery fees if you wish to exchange or refund an item because you no longer want it or want something else.
