You may return your purchase within 14 days from receiving our garments but under the condition that it has not been worn, washed or altered and the hangtag should be on the garment.


If the state of the returned item is not in the original condition, we reserve the right to refuse any refunds.

The refund will be credited to the same payment form used within 14 days after receiving the package, minus taxes or import duties incurred, if any.

The original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the entire order is returned.


Be aware that does not exchange items, therefore if you wish to exchange your purchase to i.e. a different size, color or style, please do so by placing a new order on our web shop.


All returned items will be examined and go through a quality check to assess whether it is entitled for return/refund.

Orders purchased in the period 1st of December till 24th of December can be returned until the 14th January the following year.

You as a customer will be liable to cover all expenses related to the return of the order.

Please note that the item should be shipped directly to us and not to a package shop and we do not accept collect on delivery.


If you return items that have made you entitled to free shipping, your return payment will be deducted according to an appropriate shipping cost deduct.


Kindly note that the item is your responsibility until they are received and signed at the head office. Please keep receipt and tracking number as proof of sending.

If you don’t collect your package, we take the freedom to debit all freight expenses from your account, once the package has been returned.


Uncollected packages are subject to an additional fee of 50 dkk/ 7 Euro – this fee and other relating shipping costs for the return of the package to Caico Cotton will be charged from the customer.


Change & Cancellation


Caico cotton is not able to change or cancel an order after it has been completed, therefore we ask you to make sure that everything is correct before completing the purchase.


Notification of defects


All items are quality controlled and checked for any defects before dispatched to you.

Should you receive an item that is not in a perfect condition. Please contact us immediately.

Please note that the risk of loss or damage to the items passes to you after delivery.

If the package appears to be damaged, you should refuse to receive it.

Items are classified as defect if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs, within 24 months of purchase.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of ordinary wear & tear are not considered to be defect.

Where possible, we will offer to repair defect items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.

You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced to the same payment method on the same account used when purchased.
